Honestly speaking, writing persuasive essays is not that hard. What is difficult is coming up with a thesis.
Wanna know what’s even more difficult?
Writing that damned thesis statement. It is honestly one of the hardest things I have ever done in writing which is why I wanted to help you along the way.
As an essay writing service professional, I am going to tell you all about the creation of a thesis statement. Especially a thesis for a persuasive essay. Since this is the hardest one, I thought that if we tackle this, we can tackle anything.
So, here’s how you do it.
Tip #1: Pick the Topic
You can’t have a thesis without a topic. Have you ever asked someone “Please, write my paper for me!” and they have replied with “Sure. What’s your topic?” Yeah. That happens a lot.
This is why you need a solid topic that has a lot of sides that can be discussed.
You can’t write a persuasive essay when there is no debate about the issue at hand.
Tip #2: Ask a Question
Once you have decided on a broad topic, the next thing to do is ask a question about the topic.
For example, your topic is animal testing.
So, your question can be, can animal testing be considered moral to save human lives?
Something that narrows down the topic. You can even ask if animal testing is moral but then you will have to cover a lot.
Tip #3: Think of the Answer
You have a question. So, you must have an answer as well. That answer is your thesis.
If you say that animal testing immoral, no matter what then this is the thing that you will try to persuade your audience about.
But, this is not your entire thesis. Nope. You need more.
Tip #4: Look for Reasons
You need reasons. Why is animal testing immoral? Give three reasons. At least three.
These three reasons are important because they will form our body paragraphs.
But they will also form the second part of your thesis statement. You will say that animal testing is immoral because of a)... (b)... and (c).
Without these reasons, you are doomed.
Tip #5: There Should be ONE Main Idea
One. That is it. Just look at the example that I have given you. I am discussing just one issue. Your topic will likely have a lot of issues that are worth debating.
Well, you gotta pick one and stick with it. Till the end.
I am with you till the end of the line and all that.
Tip #6: Think About the Evidence
You may have come up with reasons for your thesis statement but you need to make sure if you can support those reasons with evidence.
So, you need to search for evidence before you finalize your thesis.
So that when you start writing, as an essay writer you will have everything that you need right in front of you. And you won’t have to change anything.
Tip #7: Be Specific
Very, very, very specific. If your thesis is not specific, then your entire essay is useless.
Why?
Well, that’s because your audience won’t even know what your main point is. They won’t even know what it is that you are trying to persuade them about.
They will just be left confused and all your effort will go to waste.
With paper writing service, you will get an A grade essay that you can use as a sample to teach you how to write.
Did that help?
I hope it did. These are the tricks I used to write my essay and it always turned out just fine. But for further help, go look for those essay writing services online.
