Super Zhewitra is a medication that combines two active ingredients: vardenafil and dapoxetine. Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, similar to sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient in Viagra) and tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis). Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation.

The specific enzymes inhibited by Super Zhewitra are as follows:

Vardenafil: Vardenafil primarily inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). PDE5 is responsible for the degradation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the smooth muscle cells of the penis. Super Zhewitra of PDE5 by vardenafil allows cGMP levels to remain elevated, leading to relaxation of the smooth muscles and increased blood flow into the penis, thereby helping to achieve and maintain an erection.
Dapoxetine: Dapoxetine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in regulating mood and ejaculation. By blocking the reuptake of serotonin, dapoxetine increases the levels of serotonin in the synaptic clefts between neurons. This increase in serotonin levels helps to delay ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation, thereby treating premature ejaculation.
These mechanisms of action make Super Zhewitra effective in treating both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation simultaneously. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before using Super Zhewitra, as it may interact with other medications or have contraindications based on an individual's health status.
